I am a partner and co-founder of Foundry with over 40 years of experience as an early-stage investor and entrepreneur. I founded my first company, Feld Technologies, while in college. Yeah - it’s been a while.
Beyond Foundry, I co-founded Techstars and co-run the Anchor Point Foundation with my wife Amy Batchelor. I am an author of nine books on entrepreneurship and venture capital, and have written this blog since 2004.
I hold Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Management Science from MIT. I am also an art collector and long-distance runner, with a love of solo mountain excursions.
