On my vacation a few weeks ago, I read Chris Schroeder ‘s book Startup Rising: The Entrepreneurial Revolution Remaking the Middle East . It was outstanding. I had dinner with Chris recently in Boulder. We were introduced by our joint friend Ben Casnocha .
